Appointment Policy:

Missed Appointments:

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. We are mindful of this when booking our next clients, and try to always be ready for you when you arrive! In return, we ask that you return the favour and arrive for your appointment on time.

Please understand that RMTs are paid when they deliver a service, hence missed appointments are costly, and prevent us from providing care to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a ‘missed appointment fee’ for the full amount of the treatment will be applied to your account.

Cancellations:

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Please Note: We do obviously recognize that there are circumstances that are out of one’s control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your RMT may make an exception, at their discression.

Cash, Cheque, e-transfer, *Visa, *MasterCard, *Discover, and *American Express.

* 2.65% processing fee for credit cards


Coverage with benefits

Not a lot of people know this but, if you have health insurance through your employer, you probably have at least some massage therapy coverage. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. If you have coverage, usually all you need to do is forward your receipt to your insurance company and they will send you a reimbursement cheque in a couple weeks, it’s that easy!
